Ihre Aufgaben:
- You will ensure the proper execution and maintenance of the SHEQ policies, programs and management systems on vessels and in projects across three business units
- To this end you provide training, coaching and assessments throughout the organization as well as internal, client and sub-contractor audits.
- You promote the added value of SHQ-E by providing documentation, contribution to Risk Assessments, job Hazard Analyses as well as the revision of assessments and analyses
- You oversee analyses and assessments of current processes combined with continuous implementation of improvements and communication to relevant stakeholder
